The English data specification. Specifically, existing Cancer Outcomes and Services Dataset (COSD) items (versions 6, 7, 8 and 9); National Radiotherapy Dataset (RTDS) items; Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Dataset items; and other datasets used for English patients.
The Welsh data specification. Specifically, Cancer Network Information System Cymru (Canisc) Dataset items used for Welsh patients.
